Saturday, August 6, 2016, at 7:19 pm, we received a phone call from 646-612-3456; a male who said he was a Service Technician and I must go to my computer and login so he could help me prevent someone trying to get into the operating system. WHO are you I asked again. George Meyer, Service Technician, Technical Department, Windows Operating System. He said I should logon and hit the Control Key and the key beside the control key with the Windows icon on it. A popup screen showed the RUN box and he said I should type in MSCONFIG. I told him NO. He said I should check out the operating system and call him at 859-212-0707. I hung up. Second call from 646-612-3456 was received on Monday, August 8, 2016, at 11:23 am. I answered and the caller hung-up.
