I received a call stating that my computer was in danger of being hacked and shutting down. They stated they had to do things to my computer and they installed google chrome and other applications onto my computer. They stated if I would like to continue to have their support that I would be required to pay 349.00 a year. I stated I wasn’t interested. They have called me over 50 times in the last 2 days. I didn’t give them any money and will not be using their service.

received call from Ross David, 646-588-1663 (on caller id) advising Windows PC Service has rec’d several reports
on my service and they needed some information from me. The young man on the phone spoke with such a strong accent, I told him I could no understand him. I asked for a phone number to call him back, that I was very busy and unable to spend time on the phone giving him the information he needed. There was 5 to 7 minute pause then he hung up. I reported it to Verizon, THEY CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER AND WAS TOLD TO LEAVE A NUMBER FOR A RETURN CALL. I was told to report incident to BBB. I live in Brick, NJ, don’t know if there is a problem here. IT WAS DEFINATELY A SCAM
