A couple of months ago I contacted hp to help install new printer for computer. Yesterday someone called me and identified himself as John with windows pc stating my computer was showing that it was running slow and he would help me again to connect my printer. When i went to computer and pulled up their website it said i was being contacted by a scammer by phone. I told this John what it said and he said that was their warning and to ignore it, they were there to help seniors restore their computer. The web site he had me pull up was iampcviewer.com and wanted me to connect to it. I did not recognize it and shut down my computer and hung up phone. The phone # they called from was 359-678-4105.

Someone with the phone #914-352-1578, a NY number, w an India accent, called my cell twice today. He said he was from the Windows PC dept. he said they recieved "error" messages from my computer & that my computer was contaminated by something only they could remove. He wanted to walk me through it on my computer. I declined figuring he wanted some type of access to my computer for possible identity theft…
