I received a phone call from an Alex Roy from "[email protected]" informing me that my computer had viruses and I would need them to renew my computer license within 24 hours or I would lose my computer. They wanted $199 to do this. He asked me to go to my computer and push two buttons. When I did this I realizeded he had access to, and control of, my computer. I declined making a payment so he left his icon on my computer and signed off. I started sending an email to the BBB when my screen went blank. From this point on I was locked out of my computer.
