I received a call on my home phone telling me that microsoft had received messages that my computer was infected. The 1st person that I talked to was John Wilson from telephone number 1888-857-0001. I asked him what he was trying to sell me and that I don’t take solicitation calls. He kept telling me that this needed to be done. He asked me if I was in front of my computer and to press the window key and the R. He showed me all the messages that they had received and they were from a foreign country, taking information from my computer. He transferred my to " Microft Engineer" Sarah Jensen certification# MSE26MCooo5L3. Telephone # 1888-454-3074. She reassured me that they were certified! Well, when I put my dead phone back on the charger, I noticed that all of my icons on the screen were gone, I then knew that I had been scammed. I did restart my computer to a date a couple of days ago. I called them back at 12:00 noon and they said that Sarah would call me back in 10 minutes. At 2:20 pm, I called them back and I got the run a round. That’s when I called ScamPulse.com in Boise Idaho.
