I have received a few calls from 301-329-0645 stating “This is a final courtesy call from the Wineberg Mediation Group. Before reporting that you have been uncooperative in the investigation against you. If we do not hear from either yourself or your legal representation today we will be left with no recourse other than to report your noncompliance in this issue to the proper jurisdiction. Our office number is 844-738-7904. Again that’s 844-738-7904. Thank you. Good day.”
I was advised not to call them back. They can record you saying “yes” and then possibly leave you on the hook for all sorts of thing.
