At 9:04am today 9/15/15, a phone call from 1 (903) 600-0906 (TX, USA) to my cell phone. Left message "Hello and Congratulations! You have recently applied for a pay-day loan and you have been approved for our highest gold level. This entitles you to receive up to $1500. All funds are deposited into your account within one hour. To receive your funds, simply visit www.wirecashdirect.com and type in your VIP Promo code of 1011. Once again, visit wirecashdirect.com and type in your VIP promo code of 1011. This offer will expire in 24 hours. Congratulations again."
Where this happened less than 25 minutes ago, this may be a good one to do a sting operation to see if it is legit. I have my huge doubts. First of all, I HAVE NOT APPLIED FOR A LOAN OF ANY KIND.
Hope this can help some little old woman not become a victim to scam artists.
