Five days later the business emailed and informed me that the product is no longer in stock and a refund will soon be issued. I have twice requested that the funds have not deposited to my credit card. I feel that I will never see a refund and want to report this FRAUD to the BBB.

As others have reported, I had purchased Apple AirPods Wireless Bluetooth Headset for iPhones for a 50% discount. I got an order confirmation and they charged my credit card. Five days later I got an email saying they regret that the item was out of stock and would be refunded the cost. It has now been 19 days later I went to track my order and it said "refunded" I have not received a refund. There is no telephone number listed for the business.

They had a website showing electronic devices and products, but once you buy something the website turns in to blank with just a "maintenance" message and there is no number to call or anything other than a "customer service" email that I’m assuming is also fake. I should’ve taken it as a red flag when the confirmation email had no website link, phone number or delivery date. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I asked him to look into my refund as the bank hasn’t received any information on the refund.

I also called the Chase fraud hot line at 1-866-564-2262 and they said I have to wait a full 15 days before I can take any further action.

Placed an order on wixizi.com. The website would look fishy at first place with items available on huge discounts. I placed an order for DNA Kit with 50% discount and got the order confirmation from their site as well; However, later an auto-generated email was triggered with following statement – "Your order on WiXiZi.com has been refunded. We regret to inform you that your order could not be completed. While our website may have indicated an in-stock status, one or more items in your order were not in stock at the time your order was to be fulfilled. Your order cancellation will process today, and we are currently processing your refund. However, depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 7-21 days for the money to be available in your card balance. If you have any further questions, please contact us. We sincerely apologize for this problem." Their website has been down since then. Don’t know when or How I will get my money back. Please refrain from doing business with Wixizi.com.
