Type of a scam Tech Support
This correspondence is to shed light on the internal customer deception/scam being perpetrated against unsuspecting customers by members of the TCL/ROKU/World Computer Support Inc. organization.
After contacting TCL(s) support team I was referred to ROKU(s) (World Computer Support Inc.) support team?
Upon contacting ROKU(s) support team I was informed that I must pay the $***, one time registration fee.
As a direct result of unforeseen circumstances I was inclined to make contact with TCL support again. At which time my registration fee, lifetime membership and over three hundred free channels were discussed. It was at the time I was informed that no such registration was required and I like many others had been scammed by World Computer Support Inc. associates in the amount of $*** U.S. dollars. I informed that I was not the first and only customer with said allegations of “Mandatory Registration Fees”. I have been made aware by TCL representation that World Computer Support Inc. is fraudulently presenting themselves as ROKU hence defrauding unsuspecting customers of millions of dollars.
