This. Is. A. Scam. An expensive scam, that forces students to perform illegal activities i.e. microblading one to three live models over a weekend class that is very expensive. Several women this Irena Chen person is suckering out of money. You need a license to tattoo in Minnesota and this course does not qualify you to get one. This scam business is taking away from professionally licensed tattoo artist. They need to be shut down.
