They came to our door, offering magazine subscriptions and said the prices were high as they help train people to get jobs and off the street as well as teaching them to read. Our 12/30/15 check for $123.00 for Backpacker magazine cleared and said it included a $15 processing fee. To date no magazine arrived. The receipt matches the information on the web site, phone/fax. The same ladies voice is on the voicemail and she was the one to return our call, but she does not provide any information about the subscription or a refund. As of today 5/16/16 no magazine has been received. Per Backpackers web site a 3-year subscription is only $27. This company is clearly a scam.
