it was an automated call, it said to press 0 to get an operator, but it hung up on me. So instead of calling the number the machine gave I called the number that was was on my caller ID. (listed) The person that picked up did not identify the company or himself, he just hung up on me when I said the number was left on my voice mail. I called back twice before getting anyone. Were they told me that i owed 500 dollars for a payday loan from jan. 9, 2012. The threaten wage garnishment if not resolved. I asked for the documentation to be sent to me about it and they got defensive and said it was sent out at 5 am on may 13 of this year ( rolls eyes) after they talked to us.
the company they claim to be collecting for is called Tytan Group LLC (I asked about the spelling), which I can’t find anywhere. There is a Titan Group LLC (a roofing company) and a Titan Group. So i called both numbers. The LLC picked up right away and I gave them the information they scamers gave me about them. Then called the second they are listed as having been in business since 2010 but their phone isn’t set up to receive calls.
