Went on this website to by a picture to put on my wall at the new home of my family and they did not send the item we purchased. Wozoro is not a good website to by anything from. Stay clear or get ripped off.

My husband ordered a product that Wozoro was offering on their website, a large canvas piece. I initially saw their ad on Facebook and he followed the link to their website. He ordered the canvas and they pulled the money from our account immediately. However, the product never came. He tried several times to communicate with them but they would never communicate back. As of right now, they have our money, we have no product. They have stolen from us.

Wozoro.com advertise that they sell clothing and canvas paintings. I placed an order for the paintings using Paypal. I did receive an order confirmation email, however I have not received my merchandise. When checking on the status of my purchase I noticed there is not an option to cancel the order, or check for status updates, such as a tracking label for shipment. It has been over a week and still no updates, and no response to my inquiry emails from the multiple email addresses they provide. The order confirmation came from [email protected] The website contact is [email protected], and the account email on my Paypal statement was from [email protected] I tried to contact using all 3 emails about a status update and never received a response.
Per other online user reviews others have also made purchases but never received their merchandise. Facebook has since removed the page so that the "company" can no longer advertise their product to scam everyone into buying something that they don’t intend to deliver.
I am now disputing the charge against my account and hope for a full refund, and possibly repercussions against Wozoro.
I would like to see this site shut down and removed so that no one else will be duped into purchasing fake products that don’t exist for the pleasure of scammers taking people’s money.
