Web site contained misleading information about delivery times. Defective product was sent. Customer service phone number on website was non-functioning. Contacted customer service via email to request a refund, but so far, have received a run around. Further research into company has revealed that their BBB accreditation advertised on web site is bogus. Products are being delivered from China. Customer service may also be operated from there as well as communications I received appeared to be written by someone who spoke only conversational English. Paid $135 for a women’s football jersey with an 18" neck hole. The average adult woman’s head measures 21". I sent the company pics of the jersey at their request. Then they requested pics of me trying to put it on. Seriously? For what? Instagram?
