web site offers product with part number – then once you have made a purchase they email you requesting that you call to confirm the order. When you call they claim you have ordered the "commercial version" of the TV, and that it is not the home version of the product. They will then offer to upgrade you for a certain amount of money and even saying that it is on sale. I have read up on their reviews and this is a consistent outcome for customers. This company should be shut down! Blatant bate and switch scam.

The website is just a scam. The office doesn’t exist and the phone numbers never respond. They advertise the fake deals on electronics to encourage people to purchase from them.

Upon entering credit card information for two 85" televisions, I was contacted a week later and told they do not sell those televisions and that they will not be sending me the ones I purchased. I couldn’t get through to any supervisor and was hung up on multiple times when trying to ensure that my credit card information was destroyed. This company is fraudulent in every single way and there’s no way to ensure the safety of buyer’s information.
