I have been trying to contact Western Union about information on two parties name/scam and their locations as per Police request but cannot seem to file a report and I have to wait till Monday to speak with someone. Names are Emmanual brady smith ( shorthair German shepherd puppies and Tom Gibson of petsmart delivery.com both using western unions in GA.
