Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
hello,
i signed up online for a mystery shopper to shop the local Walmart. I was to receive some money, do the shopping and get paid. A week later, I received via express mail, two packages sent from:
sarah thrust
3217 north tryon st
charlotte, nc 28206.
both packages contained two separate money orders that were $995 each. i was to spend $40 at walmart, keep $120 for myself and western union that balance to smith anderson in minneapolis. i was then to email this info to:

I called the bbb in LA and they confirmed it was a scam and to file a scam report which i’m doing now.
