Representatives of Microsoft/Apple call to advise their support site is closing and you are entitled to a refund.
Call 1-855-693-4999 for instructions on how to access form to complete to obtain refund.
When you call you are instructed to go to www.teamviewer.com – a legitimate site – where they wanted me to download a program which would enable them to gain access to my computer.
I hung up and contacted Teamviewer via site contact phone number.
Per Teamviewer they are not closing and scammers are using the program on their site to gain access to your computer so they can gain access to your personal information and banking information
