I ordered a Halloween Costume from the website xocostume.com on September 25th and according to the website should have been received with my free shipping somewhere between 8-20 business days. I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation. I have emailed both email addresses listed 2x each and have not heard anything back aside from the auto bounce back your request has been received. I paid via paypal and the email receipt I received seemed legitimate as well as the named used for my charge on my statement. As of today I have not received my costume or any responses to the emails I have sent.
