Type of a scam Tech Support

Back on May 4th,, 2017 I was using my laptop when a message appeared on my screen stating that I needed to contact this phone number. So I did and I was told that my computer was about to have a security breach. He showed me a screen with unauthorized users that were using my IP address. Jordan told me that I had to purchase their product in order for them to help me. So like a dumb [censored] at the time I authorized a $1,399.00 transaction and I signed an agreement. Why is it taking me this long to do something about this? Well I have been trying to research the company with no success and I have had some major life changes in my life that I have had to deal with like the passing of two loved ones, family issues, being laid off from my employment, and having to find a new job (which I did). Now they called me on April 14th, 2018 to get more money out of me. They claim that they are located 7954 Transit Road 107, Buffalo, New York 14221 (USA) but the billing is out of the country in 801/1001 Ellis Bridge Whitefield, Bangalore, Karnataka 560066. They did not tell me that the billing was located out of the country and that an additional charge would be on my credit card showing as a foreign transaction. I tried to use the website they provided www.xperttechno.com but it did not work. Then I tried to email them to cancel everything and to request a refund of $1,936. 58 (this includes charges of $1,399.46 and $499.16 for their products and the foreign transaction charge on my credit card bill of $37.36) with the email address they provided me [email protected] The email came back as undeliverable. When they call me they are all foreign people with american names. They gave me phone # (844) 688-4955 which is disconnected. They also gave me phone # (844) 264-1794 which puts you in a holding pattern to wait for the next available person but no one answers. They claim that your computer is vulnerable and at risk.
