Ordered Furnace Filters that never were delivered to my home. Products were searched through Google and using the shopping tab. Website looked legitimate from start to finish. Products were not under priced by much. Total spent was 29.99 on one pack of 16X25X4 twin pack of furnace filters.

I was looking for a product that is a staple in my house. I usually buy through Amazon and for some reason it was no where to be found. I proceeded to Google search the product which is "Scott Tube-Free Toilet Paper." I came upon the website www.zibacks.com. It had the product I wanted and could not find anywhere for the price I usually paid on Amazon. I ordered and the $40 was immediately taken out of my account. I never received any email information for confirmation or shipping. I did some research online and found many complaints with my same situation. I sent an email to them and never received contact. I also called their "customer service" number. There was an immediate voicemail box message saying in a very condescending voice "Uhh… This isn’t a business phone. Sooo… Yeah I would check that if I were you."
Never experienced this, how can this be legal?? Outrageous.
