Purchased 2 birthday shirts in October 2019. Never received the items. Was charged for them. Emailed the comp. several times. REceived a couple emails back that my item would be shipped soon. Never received the item. Last few emails were not replied to. I emailed them and told them if I did not receive a refund, I would be reporting them to the BBB.
