Type of a scam Online Purchase
On 7/11/2018 I order a Left sided mud flap from Zonecharms.top. To date I have never heard from them except for this charge that came to my email from a completely different company
The item cost was ***, however my card was charged for ***. This struck me odd. It also struck me odd that the name of the company I ordered from was not mentioned on this email. The website appeared to be a US website. I am weary of ordering from out of country sites and especially china because I have dealt with this before through Ebay, and I know that to return something to china cost more than the item itself.
So I waited for my items, feeling that I had been ripped off from the moment I received this Internet Payment Transaction Declaration…
So I went to their site; I emailed them; where is my order?? No response
Today I emailed them again; referring to my order number and asking for the status of my order. I doubt that I will get a response. There is no phone number on the site either.
I was under the impression that the debit/credit protected me from situations like this. I guess not. My card was fraudulently debited for an item I was never going to receive. A total SCAM.
I request that this dispute be reconsidered.
