Steve Bishop called in an order and had a courier pick up the item. They took it to a shipping company. It turns out the credit card that he paid with was stolen. We have tried contacting him at the various addresses that were listed on their website. Most of the mail was returned saying undeliverable. We even had a sales person go to their office in North Dakota. He was not there.
