We had dropped off our new iPhone for repair for a cracked screen. When we went back to pick it up prior to 5 days they stated that they lost the phone. They kept our phone and ignored us and stated that the company is closed down now so go ahead file a police report you will lose your claim. It is obvious that this company sets up a storefront to scam people and then closes down and keeps phones. Then reopen in another company name to do then same thing over again. Still, no response from ownership to even care about our $2,000 phone.
