I bought the FlixBus ticket from online from Anaheim to San Francisco. During the trip, I put my small luggage in the bus storage compartment with the help of driver at Anaheim ARTIC station; when the bus arrived to San Francisco station, my luggage in the compartment was stolen or missing.
Although, I have contacted to Flixbus lost and found several times, I didn’t hear anything back. I have reported the accident at the San Francisco Police Department.
The bus compartment door can be opened/closed by the control of bus driver only. The FlixBus has full responsibility about the loss of luggage. The bus company never response back about the case. But I am very disappointing with the service.
