I ordered something and then 10 minutes later, changed my mind. I emailed them right away to only get a response that it could not be canceled. It was awaiting shipment for a week and Eli continued to try and cancel it. I was told that I could only cancel within an hour and when I showed proof that it was within their guidelines, I never received a response. I informed them I would be filing this claim for their fraudulent business practices and received a response “do what I needful”. This company has had other claims before and should be shut down!
