Thank God I only ordered one pair of shoes from this company back in September 2020. Well it’s December 2020 and I have not received my shoes. I’ve contacted them on several occasions demanding my shoes or my money back and all I’ve gotten was the same generic email response saying they have delays in shipping and they just need a little more time. This is 100% absolutely a SCAM! Do not purchase from this site

I ordered a pair of shoes 4 months ago and still do not have the shoes. Have contacted them SEVERAL times. They refuse to refund my order. Tell me my shoes are “on the way.” This is unacceptable! Every time I try to leave a negative comment on one of their Facebook ads- it gets “deleted” I don’t want anyone else to get SCAMMED!
I ordered three pairs of shoes in July and in August I inquired about my order they said it was on the way. I actually forgot about it until October and they said it had got hung up in customs but it was on the way. The last couple of days I have been communicating asking for a refund they practically were begging me to wait for my order and I said no I wanted an immediate refund and they actually refunded me that day & apologized profusely, I was surprised.

I ordered almost $500 worth of clothing and shoes from this company over 2 months ago and have not yet received my order and pee their website it takes 15-25 days for delivery. I have been emailing them (which is the only way to contact them) and they keep assuring me the order has been sent out but these no tracking number. I have requested a refund and was told they can’t because the order has been sent out. If this place isn’t a scam them they have horrible customer service and need to work on their shipping.
