A lady named Shalonda M. Blake LPN got my name from Indeed as I was looking for work as a CNA. . She called me for an interview to work at a place called All In Personal Care Services LLC. The first meeting place was 4151 Memorial Dr. suite 121A in Decatur. She ended up giving me a different location to interview at which was 3330 Cumberland Blvd suite 500. At this point she made copies of my CNA and drivers license ,SS card and CPR card. She then stated that she would call to inform me of when the orientation would take place. Once I didn’t here from her in a week i called and her phone number had been changed or disconnected. The e-mail that she used was [email protected] couldn’t contact her through e-mail either. Please be careful !!!! She took all of my information and vanished. Don’t let it happen to you.
