I ordered a game for a Christmas gift on Nov. 2 and have yet to receive an email stating it’s even being mailed. I’ve tried to contact them. Nothing. I’m reaching out to PayPal. I’m out 34.98 this company is a scam and I want to file a complaint on them.

I ordered an item on March 9, 2020 aware of shipping delays due to COVID-19. Exactly one month later I received an email that my order was on the way. After another month of waiting, I emailed the company asking about my shipment and was told it was delayed due to the pandemic but it was on the way. I was then told the package was lost and a replacement would be sent. After another 3 weeks I stopped getting responses to my emails and still have not received anything. The company finally emailed me back stating the package is showing as being delivered and that maybe my ‘neighbors stole it from the porch, check the security cameras if you have any.’ I asked for a refund several times over the past month and the company is refusing to give me one.
