I received a damaged order from bleutoys also it was very late by over a month.
I sent a description of the problem including photographs and returned the item also paying the postage which I was to be reimbursed for according to their contract.
Due to The Royal Mail tracking services I know they signed and received the item in question.
They no longer seem to exist in any form and I know that they are a “domain”of a company called NAME CHEAP.
THIS COMPANY DENIES THIS, ALTHOUGH THEY ARE ON THE INTERNET AS ONE.
I am at a loss as what to do?
it is pure and simple theft and Google I hate to say should do better as this company Bleutoys has been trading for quite some time.
I bought a Funko on August 16th, and after almost 45 days I finally
received the message that I had received, but there’s nothing in my
mailbox. And when I try to access the web site, it is offline, and
also the website for the delivery don’t have the ‘talk to us’ section.
I’ll talk to my bank to return my
money, since it was a birthday gift that I have never received.

Ordered 4 Funko Pops on 8/13 for my godson’s birthday and almost a month later not only no Funkos were delivered; but the company doesn’t respond to any email requesting information. Please spare yourself the hassle and avoid this scam. Stick to ordering from legit sites like GameStop, Hot Topic and Target.
I have order a package on May 10, 2020 and I haven’t gotten a tracking number. I’ve email them 3 times haven’t gotten responds. I lost $36.94

Type of a scam Online Purchase
Ordered a present online a month ago and received an e-mail with tracking info and all. Seemed legit. Nothing has occurred so I tried e-mailing with no reply. So, I search for the address on Google Maps. Takes me to another company. I call them and they tell me they are a third party shipper. Nice guy. Asks about the company name. I start to say Bleu Toys and he says Bleu Bazaar. I said no, Toys. I look and the sites are identical. I guess others like me have placed orders and found these poor guys phone number and called them as well. Looks like both sites are scams.
