The same experience as the other complainants. We were duped. I want my money back or the bed. They have had my money since March 2020. Do not order from these unscrupulous people.
I ordered a dog bed – they never sent a confirmation email. After my 4th email, I got one response saying they had resent it. They even confirmed email. I never got it.
I have tried over a dozen times to contact them on email/social media & comments on their pages. NO RESPONSE.
Feel completely scammed.

I assumed the pngage was legit and placed an order on 15 April 2020. I was happy my order was being shipped and then it came to my realization that they have shipped it to the wrong address which happens to be Auckland whereas i stay in the middle east . I tried contacting customer support and they kept turning me down that it was shipped to the right address. And it delivered in a few days. The CS team tells me, its shipped to the correct address. So, to verify i reached china post and i find out that they have scammed and given me the wrong shipping number to give me the idea that my order was delivered in a wrong country. Then, to confirm, i came in contact with westgate postal delivery and they too did mention the address mentioned on the parcel was Auckland too.

They will have justice. 4 times BAD LUCK will come to them!

So I ordered glass rose from bluebiggy,com about 4 months ago j have emailed them weekly sometimes twice a week they responded one time saying my order got held need your address that was 2 months ago and nothing since again they took the payment of my card. Customer service does not reply at all.
