Just found your post. It happened to me, too, and the owner said they will “pause” the payment as I paid for some other program. There was no intention to pay for “other program. Practically, it was misleading, and now there is no refund. How can I retrieve the funds?

On March 14, 2019, I purchased the BNB Mastery Course based upon a conversation I had with a representative from the company. I had asked about the refund policy before purchasing the course. I was told that there was 30 day refund policy. After purchasing the course, I realized that the course wasn’t for me. As a result, I had ask for a refund prior to 30 days. I was told that I would not be getting a refund unless I finished 3 weeks of the course material. I confronted the owner *** *** regarding this matter and I was told that no refund will be issued. I was never told that I had to finish three weeks of the course to be eligible for a refund. As of today, a refund has not been issued. I was scammed out of $***.
I’m sad that you’re probably not going to get that refund, but you can always steal them back. Download all the course material and make a torrent out of it. REALLY give back to the community, you know. If you have any doubts, let me know at scambnb AT protonmail DOT com.
