Buttonwholing

Should have done my homework. This information is out there, but I will not do so again. Usually very careful but wanted the product since it was not available anywhere. “Too good to be true” usually isn’t! Lesson learned…and good money gone! Haven’t received the product to determine thoughts about quality and do not think I will receive it! No recourse it seems!

I was another shelf caddy victim. Ordered what was pictured on the buttonholing website, received a completely different product that was essentially a hospital puke bucket with holes in it

The product that I received was not at all what was advertised. There is only an email to contact about returns, and when I emailed them I got an autoreply saying the inbox was full. It looks like I am not the only person who had been fooled by them.

The company pushes add on Face Book. Items that are being sold are junk and are not as advertised. When a return is requested the seller is stating that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay return shipping. However they advertise a 30-day full refund and their terms of service do not state it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for return shipping.

The product that I received was not at all what was advertised. There is only an email to contact about returns, and when I emailed them I got an autoreply saying the inbox was full. I then went to dispute it through Paypal since that’s what they said they processed my payment with, but when logging onto my Paypal account directly, I realized that they used a fake Paypal site to process my payment because the transaction was not listed.
