I made a purchase of buy 3 bottles get 2 for free. When checking out they charged me for all 5 bottles. When contacting customer support I was told that I was charged an average price which was misleading. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told they didn’t have one and was refused any information about the company. I was also told my order would be canceled. I’ve not yet been able to get confirmation with the bank as of yet. In my experience I definitely wouldn’t trust this company.

I knew I should have called the company first, but I didnt. I looked to see if it had encryption. It did. However, when I changed my mind about purchasing Keto diet pills, I emailed the company and the email came back, no such email. Then I called the toll free number and there is no one answering the phone. I have left a message every day since June 13, 2020 requesting my money back and no one has contacted me by email or phone. I have not received an email confirmation of this purchase, which also concerns me. Any company that you buy products from, will send an email receipt. This company did not do that. This is a scam.
