The date I purchased item, it was never received and we are in the month of November 2020. I feel scammed, purchased after watching ad on Facebook.

Haven’t received my item yet! Been months haven’t heard back from them since that last email regarding COVID. Lost about 11 something dollars! Please don’t buy from them. Can’t even get my tracking anymore it’s bs.

Type of a scam Online Purchase
This company was offering a dermaplane product for free, you would only pay for the shipping. The order was place on 4/20/2020. I checked periodically with the tracking number provided, but nothing ever made up. By 5/6/2020 when I still hadn’t received the product or heard anything from the company, I emailed them to check the status. I never heard back. I try to call them, chat on their website, and contact vie email through the website several times no response. I finally went to their Facebook page and sent them a message through messenger on 6/2/2020. They finally responded back on 6/4/2020 with the following message:
Hello dear customer, we have been constantly checking your package. Due to COVID-19. deliveries can take up to 60 days right now, however most packages are being delivered within 35 days. The package has been sent but logistics are very slow now and there’s nothing we can do now that its dispatched. Because of this we are offering a full refund on shipping if the order has not been delivered after 90 days. Please let us know if you need any further assistance and we truly are sorry regarding this inconvenience. We wish we could do something to get the package to you sooner.
So I wait, still nothing. I follow up again on 6/27/2020 and as of today I still have not received a response or my product. Now their website and Facebook page no longer exists. Please beware of these type of scams, they suck you in with a low price, but you can’t get something for nothing.
