I speak Spanish and received a phone call to my cell number from a Fluent Spanish speaking female that stated her name was Joana G******** Tel. # ###-###-####. She stated that she was calling to inform me that my electricity would be disconnected today. She asked if I had not received the two pink envelope notices of disconnection. She said that to stop the disconnection I must call ###-###-#### and arrange a payment and stop the disconnection. I asked her what electrical company she was calling me from and I could hear her whispering asking a person what the company was called and she was told Entergy. She stated she was calling from Entergy. When I asked her what specifically I had to provide them when I called the ###-###-#### number, she hung up. I called the ###-###-#### from my office land line, a female answered Entergy. When I called the ###-###-#### number, there was no answer and it sounded like a personal inbox for a private phone company.
