This company contacted me acting as if they knew my medical information. I actually thought they were from my insurance. They ordered medication through a doctor I have never had contact with , then sent medication , from a pharmacy I’ve never heard of . The Doctor ‘s name is Dr. Susan Bryant-Snure who is located in S.C., I called and was told she does telemedicine ,still no reason because I’ve never contacted this practice. Her number is 985- 871- 4114. The pharmacy who sent the medication is Humble Pharmacy 281-446-9191. I’m concerned because I know this is fraud being done in my name.
