Emailed the company and was given pictures of a puppy that was available. Price was negotiated and agreed upon. Sent them money through cash app and was told the dog was on his way and would be delivered by 7:40, also received an email from the shipping company that he was on his way. Long story short I received a call from the shipping company stating that they needed an additional $850.00 for a crate upgrade, additional money for puppy insurance which would all be refunded 100% upon delivery of the dog. I did agree to pay $400.00 of the $850 and the sender "paid the rest". Then I received a call stating that a vaccine needed to be given to the puppy for $375.00 he needed a booster to continue the flight. I refused to pay any additional fees and was told the dog would not be delivered to me and I was told that they did everything to try and accommodate me to get me what I paid for. I asked for updates, pictures and everything to assure that the dog was in fact on its way and was never sent anything. So now as a single mom of 2 kids I am out a total of $850.00!!
