I place an order and never received the item. I emailed them numerous times with no reply.I filed a complaint with my c/c company (Chase) and because they had a ( what looked like) a legit USPS tracking number the credit card sided with them! I’m still fight it
I ordered a set of power tools back on May 24, 2020. I have not received my order as of yet. I contacted the company several times and was told my order was delivered somewhere in Missouri back in June. I contacted them again and was told not to wary my order was on it way. I live in Louisiana so I do not know where they get the Missouri address from. I contacted them again and ask them to send me a copy of where they got the Missouri address but to no prevail. My address is 1650 P. E. Daigle Road, Iowa, La. 70647. The cost of my order was 99.00 dollars. Thank you for your time.
I purchased 2 Henley Polo shirts on May 29th. I was provided shipping info showing 2 separate shipments from China and both disappeared from tracking. When I was finally able to track the numbers provided by [email protected], both showed delivery in April. I have sent numerous messages to oxborder and to [email protected] and have not received any replies. If you see “Reliable KWD”, or outlet store deals, do not order, it is obviously a scam.

I was scrolling through my instagram feed and an Ad popped up from “thefaceshop.official”. The post on my feed said they were sponsoring this website with a “hot sale” named “Fashion Outlet Shop”. They were claiming to sell Louis Vuitton bags on sale. I thought it was odd when the payment information transferred me to Paypal. A friend on instagram then messaged me to not purchase from them, as she paid over $200 and never received her products. She tried contacting the website’s customer service but the email would not work. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM IT IS ALL OVER INSTAGRAM AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS AS ADS!
