Trina Seals is a income tax preparer. She prepared my taxes in 2014. She filed my return and added another address were she request the refund sent to her address. The refund amount is 5,430.00 which I never received. Also 2015 Trina Seals used my identity again without my knowledge. The IRS sent me a letter that someone filed a return in my name, Ms Seals is the only tax preparer I have given my tax information to.
