I received a letter after opening a business from a Company called Florida State Compliance in regards to Labor Law Compliance Notice to pay $84.00 and they even provided a Document Number # This is a scam and the State of Florida needs to investigate this fraudulent company.

I have attached the document with all the information. But since this will be made public removed my company name and address.. Location is ST Petersburg Florida.
Opened the business in August and immediately this form came to my business.
