I had a few email conversation with Frank and he wanted us to send a deposit for a pup to a cash app and my husband said no – also I realized that the address he gave us in Nashville, TN does not exist – 275 2nd Ave north – Nashville, TN. If you map this address – there is no 275 2nd Ave North in Nashville, TN – he also said location was next to a Brazilian Restaurant – & according to google maps – No Brazilian Restaurant .

Type of a scam Online Purchase
I was searching for teacup poodles online as my two young children had been begging for a dog. I found Forever Teacup Poodle whose web address is www.poodlesteacup.com. I sent an email requesting information and Frank Murphy (which is a made up name I think, he sounds of Middle Eastern accent) asked me for my phone number to send pics and video of the dog. I asked for a recent pic and video and he did send it. He said they were located in Nashville, Tenn. I also asked for a copy of Vet papers showing its shots. He said I would get that after I pay. Also he would arrange to fly the dog to my local airport. They seemed legit as we also talked on the phone. I was interested in purchasing the dog but he said he only used CASHAPP or ZELLE and did not accept Paypal, which should have been a red flag to me. So against my better judgement I sent him from my Debt card connected to my checking about with my back through Cashapp a payment of $900. He also asked for my Name, address, phone number and nearest airport which I provided. After payment he did not provide any flight information, nor vet papers. After doing some research online I found that this website is a scam and many people have been scammed. So I called Frank and he would not respond. I left many messages and emails and no response. I requested a refund twice through Cashapp which he denied and now has deleted his app. I want my money back and this man needs to be found and put in prison.
