As a student I was looking for the best deals for my school books. I was looking for an ebook for a class and was directed to this website for one of them. The site offers a 5 day free trial $0.00 and can cancel anytime. I went to the site, looked for my book and was surprised to find it wasn’t there, after I had been directed to it. So I cancelled my free trial on their site immediately. Next day I get a call from my bank regarding a charge on my account concerned it was a fraudulent charge. It was only a $1.00 but it was not supposed to be charged at all. I tried to call the "friendly agents" it says if I needed help. Both numbers immediately goes to a recording and says if I want to cancel or make sure my account is cancelled I need to enter my debit/credit card to make sure its me. I DID NOT do this. I called my bank immediately after to cancel my card. I also went back to the site to make sure it was cancelled. It says it was, but my account information is still on there.
