I ordered a product on March 7, it was shipped on March 10. and I was charged for shipping. Less than 18 days later I was charged in full. I decided to return the unopened package. However, neither of the 2 support URLs or the phone numbers they referred me to for cancellations was in service. Therefore, I had no proof that I tried to cancel other than an email I wrote to them on March 27. I escalated to my credit card company and they did not understand that I COULDN”T cancel because there was no way to contact them!
I want my $89.97 back.

THIS COMPANY AND THE JOLLY DERM BUSINESS TOOK MONEY FROM MY PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT ME AUTHORING THEM TO DO SO. THE ONLY THIS I INQUIRED ABOUT WAS THE FREE KETO PRODUCTS THAT I HAD TO PAY SHIPPING ON. I NEVER AGREED TO ANYTHING FURTHER AND NOW IM OUT $173.00. I NEED MY MONEY REFUNDED BUT WHEN I CALL THE NUMBER GIVEN THEN IT SAYS IT ISNT IN SERVICE. I CANT AFFORD TO CANCEL MY DEBIT CARD BECAUSE SOMEONE DECIDED TO STEAL FROM ME.
