I ordered a photo blanket on 04/28 as a gift to my mother. Never rec’d. First couple of emails went unanswered. Then robo emails were sent. The package has been in transit in China since the first week of May. I have requested an refund to no avail. I threatened to report them to BBB. Only then did they say we will refund you if you remove the complaint. No way. I don’t want anyone else going through this.

I purchased over a month ago and have not received the blanket. They sent me a usps tracking code but the status is not shipped. I have filed a complaint with Paypal to recover money.

I ordered two blankets from this cite. I made the mistake of trusting it since it shows as a google certified and trusted cite. I placed an order on March 30, 2020. I got the notification that my product was in Fremont, California on April 3, 2020. The product has not moved since then (It is now April 12). The cite is deceiving as it advertises that its a trusted company and has thousands of reviews. I contacted customer services and have get to hear back. The cite claims it ships between 9-15 days however doesn’t refund after 14 days. The company lies about were it is located. The cite claims that the address is in 2.27 Romer House Lewisham High Street, London, England, SE13 6EE but after reading more reviews, I have learned that the company is based in China. I also learned that these company has a tendency to refuse to refund orders that have never shown up. Im quite upset with this whole situation as I just wanted a blanket to remember my dog after he passed recently.
