My husband purchased a 5×5 grow tent a week ago. Only auto generated emails sent and no one on the phones due to Covid says their site. We haven’t even received a tracking number! It’s been a week! The customer service basically said sry wait and see what happens. Ridiculous. Wish we just used amazon but we wanted to buy from folks we thought were real deal salt of the earth good folks. Not this long with no progress when we paid for shipping and it’s been a week and it still hasn’t done anything but “process”. Wish we bought off amazon like we initially wanted to but now we’re stuck in this tug of war with “growace”
