I made a reservation for a hotel with cruise parking in New Orleans and was required to make a down payment of 33.90. The balance was to be paid at check-in in November. They sent me an e-mail that they had submitted my reservation request and I would get a confirmation shortly. They took the money from my checking account. About ten days later, I got another e-mail saying that we regret that this reservation could not be made because of high volume and lack of rooms at this location. They advised me to go back to the website to make different reservations. I tried to log in with the password that I signed in with before and it came back as invalid. So I did the forgot password. The site said a new password was sent to me. I checked my mail and found the email with no password on it. I sent them another request, and they sent a new one with the new password. I went back to the site and tried it. The one they sent me wouldn’t work, so I requested another. After 4 attempts to get a password that would open the website, I informed them that I was contacting you
