Purchased $643.00 from Paypal. I was sent email and my credit union contacted me. I didn’t make the charge. They didn’t even use my correct last name but had my address. Emailed that it was delivered to my address even though I never received anything. Credit union refuses to repay me since there was “proof” it was delivered even though I reported fraud before delivery. Post office had no record of the tracking number. Paypal refuses to be involved.
