They claim to unblock icloud for iPhones if you bought one blocked. They first charge one fee to "check" if it can be unblocked, then a day later charge you more money telling you they can but your device is going to cost more. At the end they took my money and told me my phone was blocked and they couldn’t unblock it! I already knew this before I paid them!
